This position is a sales role, you will be working towards targets, have KPI’s to achieve and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch. We need confident, resilient, competitive, down-to-earth individuals who can add value to our business!

• Sales focused role
• 12-week training period providing you with all the tools necessary to succeed in this role, your work and client relationships will become autonomous, with guidance and support from your manager and the Learning & Development Team throughout.
• Developing new business and clients from scratch and looking after key customer relationships.
• Headhunting top industry talent into high-level vacancies.
• Telephone-based work as well as video conferences and face-to-face interaction with candidates and clients too as you build your long-term client relationships.
• Working autonomously and independently as well as within a team and to grow your industry as if it was its own business unit.
• Consulting clients to make the decisions when it comes to hiring executive-level staff.

• A strong desire to work in the recruitment industry.
• No previous experience needed, but we are open to people who have had some sales / prior recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree isn’t necessary but is preferred.
• A positive and resilient mentality.
• Be accountable for hitting targets and growing your network within your industry specialism.
