As well as guiding company operations, Benjamin specialises in executive search for the Cosmetics & Pharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing space. Having built a division purely focussed across Contract Manufacturing segments, Benjamin has developed a unique team of specialists solely dedicated to serving the space.

Tom Wilcox

Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical

Tom is a Director of Indenovo and the Head of Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical. Alongside the daily running of the company and managing the Ingredients & Flavours division, Tom has a personal focus on high-level executive search within the Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical Ingredients industry. With an educational background in French and Spanish, Tom developed a passion for the Pharmaceutical industry whilst working for Sanofi Pasteur in Lyon, France.

Megan is a Director of Indenovo, specialising in the global Flavours & Fragrances industry. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day running of the business, she has built a strong network of clients and candidates across both markets, consistently delivering a bespoke and tailored service. With several years of experience in the sector, Megan has played a key role in driving the continued growth and success of the organisation.
