Indenovo Global have partnered with a Global Contract Manufacturer on an exciting Director of Sales opportunity. The Director of Sales shall build new distribution, build relationships internally and externally, hit annual targets both top and bottom line, and have a strategic vision for the sales and business objectives. The ideal candidate should be a top-level person that has current relationships with the top foodservice, retailing, and distribution accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage key distribution customers and opportunities to maximize growth
- Demonstrate ability to develop and grow new brands
- Own and achieve/exceed annual sales targets with a focus on profitable growth
- Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base among key retailers across the USA
- Organize and manage multiple executional and trade management programs
- Partner with retail partners to understand their business needs and objectives
- Communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations effectively
- Lead internal team communication on distributor developments and updates
- Lay out the strategic vision and framework for a successful foodservice and convenience organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent is preferred
- 10+ years of CPG sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience selling big brands into the dried foods space of the retail world
- Previous experience as a sales leader or sales executive
- Ability to lead, communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
